Mr R N Shrivastava - Director General

Central Institute of Management, believes in future-proofing education while making it relevant, effective and vibrant for the times that are changing. He has formerly been the General Manager with HAFED. He started his career as Science faculty in Mata Gujri College, Sirhind in Punjab, where he was also involved in student welfare and wellbeing have been the compass that has guided his educational philosophy. He also worked with the Pharma sector and made a mark in the Corporate World.

His area of interest is Management and Business Development ethos. He has conducted many workshops and training programmers that emphasize on wellbeing and effective tools for the Self development and institutional improvement. He has developed training tools and trained Managers and teachers in the early intervention process across various Institutions. He considers Management Education as an essential component of Education and made effort to make it available and accessible at all levels.

Central Institute of Management was conceived by him in year 1978 as an autonomous body, making Management Studies in various subjects augmenting the main stream workforce knowledge with Management skill set, within India and Abroad. dg@cimindia.co.in

Mrs Parmjit Shrivastava- Director Administration

Central Institute of Management, is the visionary who believes Management is a tool which is essential for being future ready in all aspects of life from home to hard core professional front.

She started her career as a Faculty of Music and has contributed in education sector by opening Schools and tuition centers besides her full time commitment to the Central Institute of Management from its inception. She has contributed in development of CIM by Evaluating strategic decisions in the light of Student and Industry perspectives and by reviewing internal processes and areas for progression. da@cimindia.co.in

Gaurav Shrivastava- Director Business Development

Central Institute of Management has been involved in integrating the Student need with Management Studies at National and International Levels. He is an MBA from Royal Rodes University and incharge of International Strategy planning & Business Development of CIM. He has worked in Corporate Houses & MNCs at Senior Management leading positions.

By incorporating different methods of generating new leads and expanding the Student base he has helped the students in Career advancement and development. dbd@cimindia.co.in

Vijay-Director Finance

Central Institute of Management, has been responsible for optimizing & maximizing the returns for the Institute. He has been responsible for planning, development & implementing the financial aspects by adhering to the financial guidelines, making forecasts and adhering to the Time lines in interest of the Students as well as the Institute.

He has experience of working with the Corporate Sector at lead positions and has also been an entrepreneur hence is pro at managing the audits, internal controls and at making forecasts. df@cimindia.co.in
